Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need help.
Yes, we deliver across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Register through the Designer section on our website. After a short review of your portfolio, you’ll get access to list your designs and manage your label.
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Custom/made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also check status from your account dashboard under Orders.
