4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

8. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • Delivery timelines begin after production is completed.

9. Delayed Deliveries

10. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Contact ALTMOD within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all packaging materials for verification purposes.

Claims made after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

11. Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal may be subject to additional shipping charges before re-shipment.

12. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, ALTMOD's responsibility for delivery shall be considered fulfilled.

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.
