6. Orders

7. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Slight variations in design, embroidery, print placement, or handcrafted details shall not be considered defects.

Sellers using ALTMOD agree that:

  • Product descriptions are accurate.
  • No counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawful products will be listed.
  • Intellectual property rights of others will be respected.

ALTMOD may remove listings or suspend seller accounts at its sole discretion.

  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Text
  • Videos
  • Website Content

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Designers retain ownership of their original creations unless otherwise agreed.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

ALTMOD shall not be liable for:

  • Payment gateway failures.
  • Banking errors.
  • Delays caused by financial institutions.

Users agree to comply with payment provider terms and conditions.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Logistics delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

ALTMOD is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be governed by ALTMOD's Return & Refund Policy.

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

Any dispute arising from the use of ALTMOD shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
