At ALTMOD, we offer customized and made-to-order fashion products designed according to customer requirements. Please read this Custom Order Policy carefully before placing a custom order.

1. Definition of Custom Orders

A Custom Order refers to any product that is:

Made according to customer measurements.
Personalized with names, logos, artwork, embroidery, prints, or special designs.
Modified from standard designs based on customer requirements.
Created specifically upon order confirmation.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Measurements
Design references
Size details
Color preferences
Fabric selections
Customization instructions

ALTMOD shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Design Approval

Where applicable:

Design sketches, digital mockups, samples, or references may be shared for approval.
Once approved by the customer, production will begin.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

4. Production Timeline

Production timelines vary depending on:

Design complexity
Fabric availability
Embroidery and embellishment requirements
Quantity ordered

Estimated completion timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins.
Production will commence only after payment confirmation.
Outstanding balances, if any, must be cleared before dispatch.

6. Order Modifications

Once production has started:

Cancellation may not be possible.
Modification requests may be accepted only if production has not progressed significantly.
Additional charges may apply for changes in design, fabric, measurements, or customization details.

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer.

Therefore:

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.
Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Return & Refund Policy for Custom Orders

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or refunds may only be considered if:

The wrong product is delivered.
The product is materially different from the approved design.
The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.

Minor variations shall not qualify for return or refund.

9. Acceptable Variations

Customers acknowledge that handmade and customized products may contain slight variations in:

Color shade
Fabric texture
Print placement
Embroidery placement
Stitching details
Handcrafted elements

These variations are a normal part of custom production and do not constitute defects.

10. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any:

Logos
Images
Artwork
Brand elements
Design references

provided for customization.

ALTMOD shall not be liable for intellectual property infringement arising from materials supplied by customers.

11. Commercial & Bulk Orders

For bulk, institutional, event, uniform, fashion show, or corporate orders:

Separate quotations and timelines may apply.
Production schedules shall be agreed upon before order confirmation.
Special payment terms may be applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

ALTMOD's liability for any custom order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

ALTMOD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, customization preferences, or customer-provided specifications.
